By clicking on the “I ACCEPT” button or by using SANGATH’s services, You are consenting to be bound by these User Terms. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THESE USER TERMS BEFORE YOU USE THE APPLICATION.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF USE. BY USING THIS PLATFORM YOU INDICATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THIS TERMS OF USE, SANGATH HAS THE RIGHT TO LIMIT OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS OR USAGE RIGHTS TO THE PLATFORM IMMEDIATELY OR REMOVE NON-COMPLIANT INFORMATION OR BOTH AS THE CASE MAY BE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (INTERMEDIARY GUIDELINES AND DIGITAL MEDIA ETHICS CODE) RULES, 2021. BY USING THE SANGATH PLATFORM AND ACCESSING OUR SERVICES, YOU INDICATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS STATED UNDER TERMS OF USE.

Terms of Use

SANGATH acts as a venue to allow our users who comply with these Terms to post regarding their journey from and to given cities. SANGATH doesn't take any responsibility as well as guarantee for any journey that has been posted in the app by the users. SANGATH only works as a platform that shows the posts of the users that share their travel details. As a result, and as discussed in more detail in these Terms, you hereby acknowledge and agree that SANGATH is not a party to such transactions, has no control over any element of such posts, and shall have no liability to any party in connection with the posts. You use the Service and the Platform at your own risk.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service and the consequences of posting, transmitting, linking, or publishing it.
For the services related to parcels, SANGATH only promotes and allows the sending of non-valuable things such as non-important papers, clothes, food packets or other things that are not being valued high for money. Incase of misplaced or misuse of a parcel, the responsibilities are solely of the sender. The carrier as well as the sender doesn’t take any responsibility for the parcel or its content. A list of preferred items is disclosed in annexure 1.
SANGATH only works as the platform to help the 2 parties get in touch Only. It is not the responsibility of SANGATH if anyone cancels their trip or plans. SANGATH only works as the platform to connect two parties. It doesn’t hold anything more than publishing the posts of users.
SANGATH does not charge anything for the trip. However, there are subscription plans for users to post. Different subscriptions are available on subscription plans. As of now every user who joins gets 3 months of free usage subscription as a complementary.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Registration Data and will be liable for all activities and transactions that occur through Your Account, whether initiated by You or any third party. Your Account cannot be transferred, assigned or sold to a third party. We shall not be liable for any loss that You may incur as a result of someone else using Your password or Account, either with or without Your knowledge.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account with immediate effect and for an indefinite period, if We have a reason to believe that the Registration Data or any other data provided by You is incorrect or false, or that the security of Your Account has been compromised in any way, or for any other reason We may find just or equitable.
SANGATH does not promote any illegal activities or transfer of any illegal products, items etc. It is recommended to all the users to confirm the items of the parcel that they agree to carry with them in order for the safety of one’s self. Also, SANGATH recommends the users to pick the parcels of the known entities and users and accept the request to travel with the known users in order to ensure safety of one's self.
